We're excited to share that Vitare Plus, our subscription offering for the game, has launched with our latest game update.

Several months ago, we asked the community for their thoughts and opinions on how we approach monetisation. Two things stood out - people agreed that a subscription model was preferred and, secondly, that there should be no pay to win mechanics / unfair advantages - such as faster skill speeds or more money payouts.

We're pleased to say that Vitare Plus offers gameplay enhancements without any pay-to-win mechanics, whilst ensuring that free players continue to experience the functionality we have to offer.

What Will Vitare Plus Offer?

It builds on features that are available to free players. This includes:

  • 5 saved outfit slots (Free is 1 outfit slot)
  • Own up to 3 lots (Free is 1 lot)
  • Upgrade your lot to 5 storeys (Free is 3 storeys)
  • Up to 5 roommates per lot (Free is 3 roommates)
  • Upgrade lot size to 100x100 (Free is 60x60)
  • Custom chat colour (Free is the defined colour palette)
  • Membership badge on your player passport

Why are you launching Vitare Plus?

Vitare is near the end of its Beta period - we always said we wouldn't offer a subscription until we felt the game was ready.

Development and maintenance of the game requires significant time and financial investment. By offering an optional subscription tier, players can support Vitare and enhance their gameplay experience.

What will it cost?

£4.99/$6.69/€5.99 per month at launch. All payments are processed through Stripe, a secure and widely used third-party payment processor. Stripe offers many payment methods that are local to different countries around the world.

You can cancel anytime on the Vitare account website.

What happens to free players?

You can continue to play exactly as you have been to date - no functionality is being taken away, and whilst there are gameplay enhancements, nothing will ever be pay to win or give an unfair advantage.

What happens if I cancel?

You do not lose your lot size or storeys upgrades, and your non-primary lot will be frozen / only accessible to yourself. You'd also have to evict some roommates, but we give up to 6 real days for this so you can decide who stays & they have time to move if needed.
