What is Vitare Plus?
Vitare Plus is a monthly subscription which provides you with benefits to enhance your gameplay experience. You do not require it to play.
Does Vitare Plus provide any gameplay advantages?
Subscribers do not gain any unfair advantage / cannot pay to win - for example, subscribers never earn in-game currency faster. All membership benefits enhance the Vitare experience in other ways.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in a couple of clicks from your account page. You keep every benefit until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can also review your account details from the game settings in "Account".
What happens to my extra lots if I cancel my membership?
Your primary lot will remain open and your additional lots will be frozen - only accessible by yourself and not by other players. This means you can still access your objects etc. Lots re-open when you re-subscribe.
What happens to roommates if I cancel my membership?
Lot owners with more than 3 roommates will need to select which roommates they are keeping within 3 days. Once decided, the roommates who aren't staying have 3 days of notice. Re-activating your membership will cancel this process.
What happens to my larger lot if I cancel?
Nothing - your lot size and storey upgrades are permanent. Once a lot is upgraded it stays that way, whether you subscribe again or not.
How is my payment handled?
Stripe, a third party payment processor, handles the checkout and stores your card details. Vitare never sees or stores your card number.
Will there be more benefits in the future?
We will continually evaluate the benefits we offer to Vitare Plus subscribers based on feedback.
