We want the world of Vitare to have a variety of interesting lots – whether that be social hubs, skill houses, money making homes, galleries, or whatever you can think up!
One of the categories you can choose from is to have a “Shopping” lot! This allows you to create your very own store which other players can visit and purchase from you.
Creating a shop
We do have our Build Mode which allows you to purchase furniture – however shops get the advantage! They can bulk buy objects at reduced rates and access objects that are not in the catalog for lots which are not shops – this means you can find more objects and potentially at a better price!
This allows Vitare players to earn an in-game living from running their own shop – and it’s easy to do so!
As a shop owner, you can set the price of any item from the catalog. Players can then purchase it, and you’ll immediately be given the money in your Vitare wallet!
Dynamic Pricing
The cost of objects from the catalog fluctuates based on demand from other players! Every day, based on demand, the cost of an object could go up or down – a little like it does in real life.
If there was huge demand for a particular object, the price will go up. Likewise, if demand cools, it can go down as well. With this in mind, Shops can become a great place to visit especially if you’re looking to get a hot item.
We will tune dynamic pricing as time goes on as we see how it pans out with real players.
Real Estate
You can trade your lot deeds with other players with our secure player-to-player trading system! This means you could build a gorgeous lot and sell it for V$.
With the real estate market, you can mark your lot as for sale – allowing it to be seen by players from all over the world map! Simply buy in-game hours and toggle the lot as for sale.
From here, it will be broadcast for all to see! Who knows who might visit to strike a deal with you.
